The Standard bent shaft canoe paddle is our oldest and most proven design. This paddle
has it all; light, strong and a great price. It has an oval basswood 14 degree
bent shaft with a butternut and pine blade with blackwalnut edges and an
impregnated resin tip. The shaft is sealed with 2 layers of epoxy and dipped in
polyurethane. The blade is reinforced with 4 ounce fiberglass cloth and has 4
