We are proud of the paddles we build and we work hard to make them the best we possibly can. This allows us to warrant all of our products against defects in materials or workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or abuse. Here's the example we like to use, making a comparison to the auto industry. If you purchase a new vehicle and the transmission stops working, it will be fixed, but tires that wear out or hoods that are dented from hitting a tree are not covered. We call this our "common sense" warranty.
Service under this warranty is provided to the original consumer purchaser. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damage and we'll let you know whether to ship it back to us. After we receive the product, we'll inspect it and determine if we can repair it or if it needs to be replaced. If you'd like items repaired that are not covered by our warranty, we'll do our best to give you a fair estimate of the charges and still repair the paddle for you.
Our name is on the front of the paddle so you can be sure we'll stand behind it.
